Introduction
Business environment is such a situation in which an organisation
operates irrespective of the nature and size. Such situation may related
with internal and external factors which affects the performance of
employees as well as an organisation. External factors include the
political, economical, social, technological, legal and environmental
which make impact either negative or positive on organisation.

Types and purpose of various organisation
There are different types of an organisation in market which has their
own objectives and legal structure. The management who perform at
high position in an organisation are liable to determined whether an
organisation follows legal requirements while performing business
functions. Private(Profit-making organisation), public (Non-profit
organisation), voluntary(NGO) are such type of organisation which
provides different products and services in market and gives tough
competition to each other.

Types of company
Profit organisation (Private company): Such type of organisation are
established into market with a clear objective of earning profits due
to which charging high prices on their quality products and services.
Tesco is an perfect example of such type of an organisation.
Non-profit organisation (Public company): It is an organisation who
thinks for the betterment of society through offering quality
products and services at an affordable prices thus their main
objective is to provide good quality products not to earn profits.
NGO(Voluntary organisation): It is an organisation whose main
objective is to enhance standard of living of people through offering
quality products and services at free of cost.

Partnership: It is formal agreement between two parties with the purpose
of operating and managing all functions of business. Each partner have
limited liability and sharing profits and losses in equally ratio.
Sole proprietorship: This is such type of organisation which is owned and
controlled by single person and thus hold all rights and power regarding
operating business functions
Public company: It is such an organisation whose ownership are
associated with government authorities and managing all business
activities for the betterment of society.
Private company: It is such type of organisation which are privately
owned by group of person thus facing lots of restrictions by government
regarding allotment of share to general public.
