There are different types of an organisation in market which has their
own objectives and legal structure. The management who perform at
high position in an organisation are liable to determined whether an
organisation follows legal requirements while performing business
functions. Private(Profit-making organisation), public (Non-profit
organisation), voluntary(NGO) are such type of organisation which
provides different products and services in market and gives tough
competition to each other.
