status. Organizations defines under the public, private, voluntary, co-operative, charitable
organization. Different organization are having different characteristics and purposes too.
Public sector:
Public sector organization established by the government and also having different features
and characteristics that running under the government ownership. It also helps to ensure
better strategic growth of the public sector organization. These organizations are owned by
the public enterprises. This organization are running with specific government status and also
running with legal personality. These organization are running with better strategy that
offering products and services to make life easy for general people and also offering more
less expensive approves to ensure better living standards (Bak, 2011).
It is important to analyse the legal structure of the public sector organizations. There are
certain public organizational ordinance that running by the government that passed in
parliament. These organizations are directly supervised form the government body. It is
important to provide better services to here target citizens. Department of children schools

equality and diversity, increase employment issues in the country. These organization are
