Introduction
This study has description of the business and business environment. The companies need to deal
with different kinds of situation in terms of running their business process in the competitive
market. The companies mainly have different types of purposes for their business and based on
the purposes the overall business environment can be developed for a business. However, over
the years the business environment has been changing rapidly and the companies get various
impacts from the business environment as well. Thus, it is important for a company to analyze
the business environment in a proper way to develop proper business strategies. Camden
Enterprise Hotel can be identified as an effective as well as successful hotel of London that
wants to develop their business more. In this case they need to develop some attractive
approaches for their customers and it can be possible for the hotel by having effective knowledge
regarding the factors of the business environment. So, the main purpose of the study is to identify
different types of companies and their environmental factors also.

population as well as demography along with innovation as well as the technological
development. However, the resources like the employees and the financial contribution is the
most important part of the business. the companies want to gain proper competitive advantages
from their business process in the competitive market (Opoku, 2018). On the other hand, it can
be seen that the companies can get different kinds of effects from the market such as
technological changes as well as the changes in the governmental policies and so on. These
factors can provide both positive and negative effects on the business but the effects can be
varied on the basis of the company.
There are mainly five kinds of companies such as private organization, public, government
organizations, co-operatives, charities as well as NGOs (Rezaee et al. 2018). In the case of the
private companies it can be seen that these companies can be handled by the private groups or
people. The companies want to gain effective profit in their business. Asda is the private sector
organization.
On the other hand, the economy of public sector companies can be handled by the government as
