employees. There are various factors that affect business environment such as social,
economical, legal, political and technological. It is important for business organization to
formulate these factors to assure their performance. As a business analyst, This report has been
focuses on three organizations such as McDonald's is an American company which is working in
private sector. Another one is Crown prosecution which is working in public sector and third last
is Oxfam that is working as a voluntary system. According to the report, it includes in specific
information about various types of industries or it defines the relationship between organizational
function with the positive and negative impact of macro environment has been identified in this
report. Moreover, external or internal analysis of industries or along with this strength or
weakness has done. At last this report will be end up by conclusion and recommendation to
increase future growth of the companies (Erasmus, Strydom and Rudansky-Kloppers, 2016).

American fast food company, which is founded in 15 April 1955 by Richard and Maurice
McDonald's and their headquarters in Chicago, U.S.
