R&D function: This department of ASDA works for developing a product for the customer.
Without taking help from the marketing department they can’t develop the right product for
the market. As a result, their effort goes in vain. Good relationship among the department
helps the business to achieve its objectives. The marketing department provides the right
information about customer need and want.
