PART-2
Interrelationship between various departments
There are various departments working within the
organizational in order to effectively operate the functions and also
to meet the objectives of the company. Various departments such as
finance, marketing and HR departments that coordinate with each
other in order to function effectively and achieve the goals of the
company. The finance department is mainly concerned with securing

objectives of the company.
On the other hand, the function of marketing is to promote the
products and services offered by the organization to their customers
ensuring that the services reach to every customer. The function of
marketing is to first understand the needs and requirements of the
customers and ensure that the company fulfils and meets the customer
needs. The major function of marketing is to come up with new
strategies and plans which benefits the company and also fulfils the
requirement of the customers.
Critical analysis
The company follows the flat organizational structure where the
company has one manager in between the executives and employees.
The company uses this structure as it is cost-efficient and helps in
enhancing the good flow of communication all the levels of
management. If there is free flow of communication at all the levels
of te departments will help in taking quick decisions in order to meet
the objectives of the organization (Andersson, and et.al, 2019.) .
There should be coordination among all the department in order to
meet the goals and objectives of the company. It is very necessary that
the there should be open communication for effective functioning of
the business. On the contrary, company's having flat organizational
structure results in conflicts among the employees and leads to
confusion among managers and employees.
