INTRODUCTION
For a particular company, the business environment is defines as the internal and external
factors that can influence the organisation in various aspects. These factors are includes the stake
holders, employees, staff members, management team, outsiders, suppliers and many more
(Botha, Kourie and Snyman, 2014). The business may influence and it gets affected on its
growth, performance and also profitability of that particular organisation. This report is basically
focused on the Google company which is an American multinational technology based company.
In this report, the positive and negative impacts of the macro environment of the business
activities of Google company with the PESTLE analysis. Further, it covers the internal strengths
and weaknesses of this organisation with refers the relationship of external macro factors. Lastly,
in this presented report the SWOT analysis of this company.

P4 Identifying the positive and negative impacts of the macro environment on the business
operations for the Google company.
The macro environment of any business may affect their organisational function and
business activities. So for this reason it should be identified for the better operates the business in
achievement of their targets and goals. In this industry, many factors can affect the business of
Google and its organisation environment (Bryman and Bell, 2015). This business uses various
types of technology and this will profitable for it in order to achieve desired success. In addition
to this, the factors that can influence its activities are describes with the use of PESTLE analysis
and these factors are as follows :
1. Political Factors – For every business the political factor play a major role in influencing
its business activities and its operations. In company Google, the political factor have
great impact on the business operations and the governmental rules and policies on it.
2. Economical Factors – there are various countries in which the Google company survive
its business and every nation have their ow rules and regulations about the inflation rates
and economic situations (Business, 2014). The organisation can only operates its
activities if it follows all those rules and regulations with the effectively and proper
manner.

3. Socio Culture Factors – in this type of factor the demographic elements are concludes.
Ion these elements the age, gender, living standards and net worth of people may affect to
this business the company has a great impacts by such influences.
4. Technological Factors – Technology also give an effect on the google company. In
today's, there are growing use of mobile and digital media as well as the huge access of
internet (Carroll and Buchholtz, 2014). These all technology related aspects have
influence on this organization. So for this reason the company make sure about its
policies and decisions in order to achieve desired goals in the technological scenario.
5. Legal Factors - The company has strong base and work its business activities with
operates its business in many countries. So for this reason, the company must follow
various nation's rules and regulations to compete its competitor and survive in different
business environment (Moore, 2016). It is the organisation which increasingly entering
heavily conducted in various departments such as insurance, finance, auto mobiles and
telecommunications.
6. Environmental Factors - All elements which are includes in the environment, are
affects to the business environment and in this context, the social corporate
responsibilities must influence to the organisation (Charter, 2017). It is an important
factor which should follow by every organisation. It should be maintain by this
organisation to fulfil its corporate social responsibilities.

In the external and internal analysis of this organization to know about its major strengths
and weaknesses, the major elements are expertise, resources, culture and various qualities inside
the market. The company's major strengths and weaknesses are essential for its management

the time period. In addition to this the company can grow and expand its business activities and
operations towards to achieve competitive advantages in its target market (Erasmus and et.al.,
2016). In this context, there is a special technique to understand its environment whether internal

influence the environment and business activities. So for this reason all elements are very
important in analysis of operations of this company (Hair and et.al., 2015). This process is also
important to interpret and anticipate changes of the business environment whether national or
international. It provides many informations about its new customers and target market. By using
this information the Google company can create a set of likely more deals with the concerns and
issues that are uncovered. The process is provides several potential situations in different
obstacles and conditions so that the organisation can plan and changes in its strategy in order to
achieve desired goals and objectives. It provides many things which are helps in growth and
expansion of this organisation and these things are – to understand happenings in the market
place, to know about various threats to inherent in any opportunity, it can also forecast about its
future goals and it helps in achieving the targets.

A deep environmental analysis provides various impacts on the organizational structure
and affect the operations activities. In these impacts, lack of forewarning of unforeseen major
events that are unexpected (Hamilton and Webster, 2015). So it can minimize the aims and its
frequency and extent of surprises. It can also impact that no assurance about business
effectiveness. This is not fully reliable and by overloading of information the management get
conduced. The strategic planning and adventure helps in making success of the business and the
environmental analysis makes it difficult to get desired success. The macro environment can
influence the business as well as growth of that organisation.
CONCLUSION
In this report, various impacts of internal and external environmental factors are
described and its deep influence on the company Google are discussed. It also explains about the
current trends in the market and analysis about different ways of identifying the strengths and
weaknesses of this organisation. Further, a deep analysis of external macro factors that can
influence the business activities and various tools for solving several problems.
