organization. Internal and external factors create a impact on functionalities of organization.
Internal factors include customers, suppliers, employees, shareholders whereas external factors
are economic conditions, government rules, technology, competitors (Anıl and Ficici, 2017).
This report is based on H&M which a Swedish multinational organization. It is a retail industry
which is known for their fast fashion clothing for children, teenagers, women and men. This
report includes three different types of organizations with their purpose, size, scope and legal
structure. It also contains association among different working departments. Moreover, it also
analyses macro factors along with their strengths and weaknesses with respect to business.
