INTRODUCTION
There are various different types of modification that
are done by the organization which helps the
organization to achieve the objective of maximizing
the performance of the company. The leaders of the
company has to play a role of understanding the
strategies of the organization which would help them
to achieve the objective of maximizing the profit of
the company. As I am pursuing the advance course
of master of business administration the concept and
various strategies that helps in making a good
business environment would be analyzed for the
purpose.

which the business operates helps in achieving the
objective of the company. The environment in which
the business operates is considered to be the main
force that specifies the functions and helps in creating
the strategies for the company. This is considered that
by studying this module it helped in increasing the
knowledge about the basic business environment and
also helped in gaining the knowledge of the manner
and the way the operations of the company functions.

CHANGES THAT THE MODULE
HELPED IN GAINING
The course that I was undergoing helped me in understanding the
business environment and the manner in which the operations of
the company happens. This also helped in increasing the
knowledge about the operations of the company in which various
organizations are working. The lesson helped in knowing about
the profit making approach of the company and also helped in the
analyzing the strategies that the company takes so as to achieve
maximum profits.

• This has helped me in understanding the different systems of the
organisation through which the profit in the organisation is gained.
This is seen that the basic idea of the business in the organisation is
considered through the process of the delineation of the different
process that is done by the leaders of the organisation. The business
has a lucid concept which helped in understanding the role of the
different department which helped in understanding the overall
objectives of the company. This is also seen that various operations of
the company are undertaken by the company which helps in increasing
the efficiency of the company and increasing the brand image of the
