involves various non-commercial and ethical responsibilities that are related to the society.
Basically it is related to the triple factors of approach such as people, planet and profit. CSR is
the facilitates the Rose and Crown Hotel to gain sustainability and create long term values
between various shareholders. It includes exploiting market potential in order to sustain
organisational products and services and avoiding as well as reducing the cost and risk factors. In
hospitality industry it is required that respective organisation provide better service to their
customer and society as well.
Responsibility, Response and Obligations of social responsibilities and ethic such as
Rose and Crown Hotel provide effective services to it customers and adopt the process,
approaches as well as methods that ensure the benefits of society and respective customers. If
organization effectively fulfill their social responsibilities then its performance and productivity
will increase and also the customer base of organization enhance(Moss, 2019). There are some
obligation also attached with the organization do not perform any activity that harm its customers
and society as well. In order to ensure success organization have to implement social
responsibilities and ethics in its organizational functions.
Reflection
From this report, I have gained various knowledge about the business environment and
leadership skills. It is analysed by me that business environment is the collection of various
internal as well external factors that affects the organisational functionality and performance. In
order to take competitive advantages, organisation evaluate all these factors and their impact on
the organisation and develop appropriate strategies to overcome their effects. In the preparation
society. The concept of ethics is defined as the learning that what is right and what is wrong and
implement the right thing in the organisation. Ethics are related to providing better quality
product and services and maintain better relation with respective stakeholders. Rose and Crown
Hotel focus upon ethical activities while performing business function. Social responsibilities
and ethics facilitates organisation to gain sustainable advantage.(Liu, 2017). Organisation ensure
that their activities do not harm the sentiments of society emotionally and physically. There are
some responsibilities, response and obligation of social responsibilities and ethics that affect
organisational activities.

affects Rose and Crown Hotel functionality effectively. I have been examined that there are
various factors such as political, economical, social, technological and legal factors that affects
activities of respective organisation in positive as well as in negative manner and these factors
contains the power to influence various opportunities and threats of Rose and Crown Hotel
respective organization use different leadership styles and combination of them. It has been
analysed by me that democratic and Laissez-faire leadership is implemented in the organisation
that facilitates it to gain support of employees by giving them power of decision making. I have
been learnt that to guide and lead employees or individual proper guidance and observation is
needed.
It is being analysed by me that when theories are applied in the practical environment,
these will provide various benefits to improve team work, effective communication and works is
done on time. Various sources are being used to collect information and utilise them in
systematic manner in order to prepare the project report efficiently.
