issues. The factors that is included in the organization’s internal environment arte employees,
management, working atmosphere, etc. There must be proper balance between the external and
the internal environment of an organization to enhance the performance of the organization.
Recently Marks and Spencer has overcome a great economic turmoil because of the sound
