such as Asda, Sainsbury, Tesco, etc. All these businesses dealing in same consideration so that it
impact on the expanding business in new areas of the country.
CONCLUSION
From the above report, it can be concluded that Marks and Spencer consider different
operations and functions to look towards the development of business. In this aspect, they
consider regular activities and targets to make sure effectiveness will be increasing to focus on
the innovations and creativity. With the help of the PESTLE analysis, it can be stated that
company could expand their operations in international areas through focus on some policies and
regulations that are made by the country’s government.
