INTRODUCTION
Leader and manger have their own important role management of operational system of
organisation. As they have to use their skills at different approaches of management (Ashrafi,
and et. al., 2019). Operation management is about product and services development with
effective strategy and work of performance of the employees. In context to the ASDA different
optional management approaches , importance and effect of the environment is consider below.

Approaches Evaluation
Just In time This approach is about completing the task
with in the time. As it helps the organisation to
achieve the results with in the time.
Role of Manager AS its purpose is zero
inventories in company, so its a manger
responsibility to allocate resource's with in the
time (Islami, Mulolli and Mustafa, 2018).
Role of leaders There for the accomplishment
of task with in the leader has to guide the team
about effective use of resources and time.
TQM This approach is use for the management long
term plan and strategy's. This model to analyse
and remove the errors from manufacturing
process and supply chain management in order
to prevent the mistake and to provide the good
experience to their consumers.
Role of Manager is to give the instructions
about quality along with the allocation of
quality assurance assets. He has to monitor

Role of leaders Is to lead the team for each
step of production and helps the workers to
correct or prevent the mistakes.
Lean production This is the method use by the managers and
leaders in operational management, who's
objective is prevent the loss of resource's along
with the quality management of product and
services. In this approach main function is to
cut the cut of manufacturing by removing the
unnecessary use of assets and resources.
Role of Manager proper allocation of the
resource's and guidelines for its use at right
place in tight amount.
Role of leaders- Assist the team with in the
complete process of the operation, for the
accurate use of the resource's and strategy's for
reducing the waste and saving the production
cost (Reid, and Sanders, 2019).
ASDA prefer all theses approaches in order save the investment on operational
management and to make the effective use of resources at accurate time of requirement.

Operation management is clearly important and most essential part of the organisation
and its sooth flow on the basis of organisation plan aid towards the success of company.

along with best quality, then it help the organisation to make the highest sale and increasing the
revenue. It also aid the organisation to be better then competitor in terms of technology's and
strategy's thorough market research.
Increasing revenue and brand value: Its operational system effectiveness which which
influence the organisation brand value and revenue by the effective marketing strategy's, product
line, market segmentation, technological implementation and so on. This helps to provide the
best product to their customers with variety and quality assurance, throughout the different
location. All these factor helps the organisation to make high profit and brand value. ASDA has
achieved huge success in the market by the aid of their effective operation management.

by the manager and leader in order to improve their operational activities efficiency. Such as
they can implement the Just in time approach under which every activities and resource's
allocation have to be done at the selective period of time. Main objectives of this approach is to
reduce the chances of extra storage and satisfy the customers with in right time. Another
approach is TQM, this should be manage by the leader and manager with in the organisation as it
helps to remove the error form operation system with in the right time. So that it can be improve
by the guidance of manager. Lean production is can other most effective approach which should
be use by the manager and leader, this approach involve the production of the product with in
appropriate amount of the resource's and prevent the loss of extra resource's.

Environment of a business firm is concerned with many factors which affects firm's
working directly as well as indirectly (Paton, and et. al., 2020). A management of company
operates it's operational activities in dynamic business environment, it becomes hard for
operational management of the workforce in formulation of long term strategies towards
companies growth. With regards to ASDA, the operational management of firm gains
effectiveness in it's operations by monitoring daily activities of the business firm. Considering
fact of ever changing business environment, by doing timely modifications in their operational

and services. The leaders and managers of company plays crucial role in managing and
establishing coordination between respective departments in organisation. They ensures strong
working of workforce tackling with dynamic business environment and enhances firm's ability to
compete in given marketplace. Various factors that affects decision making of leaders and
managers while dealing with dynamic business environment are as follows:
Geographical Factors: This factors includes influence of respective cultured people
wherein business is conducting it's operational activities. People from various regions have
difference in their taste and preferences. It may be the case that particular product or service is
been largely preferred by one region people is not demanded by another region consumers. With
regards to chosen organisation, operational management of the firm conducts effective research
on given business environment in order to avoid wastage of firm's valuable resources.
Market trends: This factor plays an important role in deciding up of better goodwill of
business firm in long period of time. A sound management of company is determined by it's
flexible formulation companies plans and polices. Operational management of respective
enterprise focuses on preparation of flexible terms and policies of business firm. It helps
workforce to shape valuable efforts produced by employees of the firm avoiding any sort of
wastages.
Technological changes: This factors says tells about adoption of modern techniques to
conduct respective activities of the business firm. With relation to respective company, as it has
huge market presence with variety of product line including ASDA petrol, ASDA essentials,

function in terms of the rules for consumption of resource's, rules of the tax, employment law.
Organisation can get effect by these factors because they need resource's for the operational
activities. Their profit level is can be effected by the tax charges and employment cost.

Organisation have to effectively manage their operational strategical plan on the basis of
changing environmental factors in order to retain at the market with appropriate businesses
management strength. Application of the environmental factors in business plan will help in
developed of competitive business strategy. Such as the analysis of customers need will help in
the production of appropriate product's, then technical factor analysis and implementation will
help in the improvement of operational effeminacy. Along with the environmental factor the
other important thing which has to be apply with in organisation is effective operational
approaches such as the TQM, just in time. All these approaches will help to effectively
accomplish the organisation objective with in the selective period of time and cost.

From the above analysis it has been concluded that effective management of the
operational system can aid towards the success of organisation by increasing the seals and
revenues. There are some important approaches for the operational management which has to be
