This impact would reflect in terms of negative and positive interference (Cravo, and
Piza,2019). There are various internal and external factors in environment in which
internal influence on the inner functioning of the company whereas external focus
on outside market factors such as government, politics, laws, customers and
shareholders. Both micro and macro factors be keep in balance to undertake
positive outcome.
Different types and purpose of organisation
Business is defined as a separate legal entity which main focus is to generate
higher profits saving specific system effect of changing and property rights there
are types of organization which are given below:
Public organizations: These are the type of company which is established with the
aim of serving the society and generating profit is their secondary objective.
The motive of this organization is to perform the task and activities which are
beneficial for the society and these organizations are directly funded by the
government only. The motive of such organisation stool softener the goods to the
public and the different types of public organisations are given below:
Central government- this type of organization is majorly controlled and
owned by the government of the United Kingdom and operations are being
conducted in all the regions of the nation (Antonescu, 2018).
State government- the type of organization which is managed and
controlled by the central government of the country but companies usually
operate their business at state level.
Business environment
Local government- such type of companies that is been controlled and

Purpose: the purpose of the companies to serve the society and over such

Partnership- when two or more come together in order to can separate
business venture all share their profit and losses on agreed basis is known
as partnership.
Purpose: the purpose of private companies to generate higher profits and work
for their own benefits. These private firms in sports company could be Gym,
retailers and manufactures. Example: Puma, Adidas.

As there are different types of organisation which has different functions. All these
companies have different size and scope which defines their respective aims and
objective. Size defines the potential and wider reach of organisation in terms of,
employees and capital. Scope defines its reach and area covered by company.
These different range of organisation consist varied size and scope which is defined
below:
Public sector organisations: UK Sport comes under the public body which runs by
government authorities. The company Is the investor in sport sector to launch
various sports programmes which conducts in UK. It has huge size and reach in all
over country:
Size- UK sport is a medium sector organisation which was established in
1997. the company has large business functioning and they have around 90
employees (Dang, Jasovska, and Rammal, 2020).
As the company mainly focus on investing in the programmes so they do
not require much staff to operate in complex environment.
Scope- the company has limited scope up to its base country i.e. UK.
They do not have international scope. But the company institution has
wide reach due to investing in international Olympics which create
awareness among players.
Private sector organisations: Nike, Puma are coming under private sector firms.
Their aim is to achieve profitability and customer base for long term.
Size- Nike is the large sector firm which enables huge operations. The
company has approx. 75,400 employees (Ifinedo, Pyke, and Anwar,
2018). Also, it attains $37.40 billion yearly revenue. It shows that Nike
has large expansion and market base.
Scope- Nike has worldwide reach. It serves both national and
international countries. The company deliver products in many parts of
world and collaborate with other brands to satisfy customer needs.
Voluntary organisations: these organisations are serve as social
welfare. They have limited reach and purpose is to focus on a particular area to
perform best for them. Sunday league football team is a voluntary organisation
in sports industry.
Size- the Sunday football team has limited size due to having limited
employees and temporary volunteers who takes participate in charity and
working to operate games.
Scope- their scope is quite wider (Singh, 2019). As these institution
