In the modern scenario, business environment plays
important role because it helps in decision making process.
Business surrounding affected by several factors and
issues, due to it is important to properly analyse and
evaluate them with the help of smart techniques and
methods. This research project will be discussing about
different types of organisations and their major purposes.
In the addition of this, will be defining size and scope of
business firms

There are available different types of business organisation,
which operates their activities as per their size and scope.
Along with this, company's working performance and
investment depends upon organisation size.

Private: In the context of this kind of organisation, major
aim or purpose is to earn high number of profit on a
continues basis. These companies always wants to expand
their business at national and international level. For
examples, auto-mobiles, retail, medical shops, business
firms, hospitals and so more.

Public: These kind of companies are also know as
government companies. Because these are regulated and
controlled by governments of the country. The major
aim and objective of this firm is to provide better quality
of products and services to society at reasonable cost.
For example, National heath care services(NHS),
agencies, public companies and so more.

Voluntary: These organisation are made by large number
of persons who wants to see positive changes in society.
In this sector includes non profit organisation such as
NGOs, charities etc. These kind of organisations are
working for society development not for earn profit. For
example, World vision, American Red Cross, YWCA ,
David Suzuki Foundation etc.

Size and scope of range of different type of
organization
In the context of private sector, it includes four types of
business firm which discussed as above. The first one is
sole proprietorship firm, owner of this kind of firm uses
their own skills and knowledge in business process with
the help of them they can earn better livelihood from
society.

area as well as they provide their products and services in
selected geographically area because they have limited
resources. Sole proprietor are not working for achieving
their long and short term goals and objectives.

Conclusion
From the above mentioned this research project it is
concluded that business environment which affected by
several factors and issues. Due to it is important to
properly analyse and evaluate them, with the help of smart
techniques and methods. It has been discussing about
different types of organisations and their major purpose
and objectives. Also has been defined several business
firms as per their size and scope.
