INTRODUCTION
In business-environment, there are several elements take place which known as internal
and external factors. These factors create wider impact on the operations and functions of the
enterprise. Internal factors are consists in era of inner part of the business environment. Beside
this, external factors are outer part which beyond the control of management. In this context,
present report is based on Qbic hotel which is small sector organisation deals in hospitality
industry (Leonidou, Fotiadis and Katsikeas, 2015). They are providing very well services in
different areas of the market in which profitability and performances could be in profitability
manner. In order to focus on the present report, it covers overview and different types of
organisation and their purposes in respect to business environment. Furthermore, it includes
functions in respect to accomplish goals and objectives of the organisation. Moreover, it analysis
different macro factors that are impact on the business and its functions in successful aspect. In
addition to this, it includes SWOT analysis that determines key strength and weaknesses to make
