• How do you define business?
Business environment retains the dynamic environment that influences a wide range
of variant organizational spectrum where operational management and achieving objectives
are the prime priority. I perceive business as the functional element that every individual
must imbibe and exercise. It is because dwelling in business environment improves one’s
decision-making, market analyzing, product screening and management skills such as
leadership qualities and operational and accommodation skills (Hamilton & Webster, 2018).
Though it is an individual’s regular trade or occupation, yet the behavioral patterns and
quality, that is required to excel this occupation, is rich in terms of awareness qualities,
leadership aspects, intelligent quotient and favourable presence of mind in every
circumstances. Thereby the qualities associated with business environment must be embraced
by every individual. Besides this, the term business, by profession, means an enterprising
entity or organization that is involved in the industrial, commercial and professional activities
in terms of producing and selling the products and its services through variant strategic
business models.
• Why did you choose this course?
I choose Business administration, which is also known as business management
because this course helps me building up my skills in ever dynamics of management and its
moral aspects, what one needs to develop in order to balance the personal as well as
professional life. The course not only makes me understand what business is, but also it
develops the cognitive ability. The abilities are improved through the variant factors based on
environmental, political, legal, economical, social and even technological grounds. It
increases my knowledge regarding the global economic, political, environmental as well as
social status based on which analysis are made further to put forward the strategic plan for

our profitable outcomes and benefits (Hamilton & Webster, 2018). The qualities, gained
through the management course and its program, would help me in career growth and also
would benefit me with exposure in the future.
• What kind of past experience (or interest) do you have in this area?
In the domain of business dynamics, I was once a manager in a small organization. I
was expected to run the organization with good leadership qualities along with the ability to
direct and guide the employees with right suggestion. I had to keep a check on the
organizational environment so that the business environment retains the ethical and healthy
relationship among the employees. However, I faced certain issues that triggered various
complicated conflicts among the employees (Yang & Li 2017). It was difficult to resolve the
situation and thereby, I felt there is a need of learning more about the ways of managing the
business environment so that I can avoid such conflicts with valid justifications.
• How has your experience (academic, work, etc.) prepared you for this
course?
The experience which I gained through the course of Business administration, was
very helpful in terms of personal as well as profession personality along with behavioral
development. The course has assigned me with various business projects through which I
improved my cognitive skills as well as the ways of assessing the responsibilities at every
organizational positions. The course materials has helped me gain knowledge regarding
various theories and strategic models in every dynamics of business environment.
• How do you ensure the required outcomes of your course are met?
My motive of pursuing the course of business administration was to improve my
skills in the arena of leadership roles and responsibilities and understand the spectrum of

business environment of various organization. Following it, I have witnessed a gradual
improvement in the assessment of my leadership qualities whether it is in the view of daily or
profession (Ermakova et al., 2016). I gathered knowledge and different perceptions that is
required to deal a sensitive situation in the organizational environment. I am ensured of my
improvements because now being a manager of an organization, I feel to receive more
attention from the employees than before and gradually I happened to become a pivotal figure
of the organization.
• What can you do to manage and monitor your studies to a successful
conclusion?
As observed, I have become an example of being an effective business leader as my
leadership traits are recognized and followed by many of my known fellow managers. I can
now make better decisions in the business matters, bring integrity among the employees and
in the business environment (Hamilton & Webster, 2018). Moreover, I encourage everyone to
develop self awareness as I believe it to be the prime characteristics. Being recognized as the
figure of enthusiasm and creativity, I try to encourage the employees in being more sportive,
energetic as well as innovative. Through the creative approaches and measures, I encourage
my surroundings to strengthen the relationship among the employees as it helps to retain the
unity within the organizational environment and further it results in improving the
employee’s will to perform the task and eventually better outcomes are witnessed.
• As you think about the future, how might you apply your studies in later
life?
The learnings that I gained from the Business studies would help me in receiving
better opportunities in the hierarchal post. In addition, the fact that the qualities and excelled
skills as well as the knowledge are indeed required in any big and well recognized

organization. Thereby, gaining experience is not enough in grading myself up to a hierarchal
level, meaning experience as well as knowledge and better understanding of the environment
of different organization is equally important. The studies also improved the endurance
power, which is benefitting for both professional as well as personal life. Big and well
recognized organization involves greater force of man power and to retain a healthy
environment among the huge number of employees of diversified background requires
patience (Hamilton & Webster, 2018). Following the quality, it might help me in receiving
the exposure of wide range of job opportunities particularly in the hierarchal positions.
• What kind of goals would you like to set for yourself with regards to this
course?
With regards to this course, I would like to be a CEO of an organization where I can
assess my learnings and knowledge in the organization efficiently in order to produce
efficient services to the consumers through introducing potential products and receive a
global recognition.
