government decided to increase tax rate or lower subsidy then it will create bad impact on
business (Parikh, 2011).
Economic factors.
Take into consideration all the factors that could influence the consumer behaviour, as his
buying and spending power, which can affect the demand for Marks and Spencer `s products.
Due to working in complex environment the company may faces challenges and difficulties in
performing its business operation.
Socio-cultural factors.
Marks and Spencer don`t tolerate discrimination, so you can see that its employees are
different types of nationalities and cultures. Withal Marks and Spencer operate in many
countries with different cultures and styles. If the company fails to identify customer's taste
and preferences then it will lower the goodwill of company as well as losing market share.
