Introduction
Business environment is dynamic in nature it get modified because of several
forces related to the surroundings in which business exist and these
changes give huge impact on various organisations. Below mention project
is divided in two tasks i.e. various types, size and scope of company.
Instead of this interrelationship of several function within the organisation
and how they link to the same structure.

Types and purpose of organisation
and its legal structure
There are various kind of business
such as private, public as well as
voluntary. Description of these
are as follows :-
Public Sector – These are the
organisations which is managed
and controlled by local and state
government.

Private sector – Companies which is
running by the individual and
have own separate identity in the
eyes of law. Moreover, private
business can be started in
partnership also and
administration come under
private sector is running with the
motive of profit maximization.

Voluntary Sector business – These are
non-profit companies working for
the benefits and welfare of society.
Apart from this, voluntary sector
organization are totally different
from private and public enterprises.
Welcome trust is the company of
United Kingdom established in 1936
and its founder is Sir Henry
Welcome.

Size, scope and range of organisation
Public sector company : Child
support agency is public company
which is formed in 1991 in order
to protect the children. It was
launched on 5 April ,1993 . It is
agency of the department for work
and pension who is responsible
for the maintenance of the child
whose parent is non resident of
that country.

Voluntary sector : It include those
business whose aim is to doing
social welfare not earning high
amount of profit. Welcome trust
is a performing biomedical
research charity based in London,
United kingdom.
