Introduction
Business environment is complex and uncertain in nature which
changes frequently due to which business organisation faces so many
difficulties in operating business more smoothly. Such uncertainty
situations occur due to internal and external factors which made huge
impact on the operation of business either in negative or positive
manner. Internal factors are related with political, social, technological
etc. whereas internal factors are related with employee morale,
technological capacity etc. The management is held liable to consider
all such factors and accordingly make an effective decision and plans to
deal with them in an effective and efficient manner.

Types and purpose of various organisation
There are different types of organisation who enters into market for
some purposes and objectives on the basis of which perform business
functions in an effective and efficient manner. Such types of
organisation includes private, public and voluntary etc. Such
organisation are differ as private, public and voluntary. There are some
legal structure as well which directs them to operate business in legal

which are different in nature and size. Some organisations are large in
size due to have abundant of capital whereas some organisation are
small in size due to having low capital. The scope of organisation
