Therefore, changing economic factor will impact on UNICEF strength in negative way. It will
also affect on decision making as well.
Moreover it is evaluated that there is changing needs of people due to cover 19. now they
are preferring not to engage in social program. So as UNICEF cooperate with NGO and trust so
it will enable in helping poor people to fight with disease. Hence, it will attract more NGO to
cooperate with UNICEF to provide health care services to people. It will affect on decision
making in positive way as quick decision will be taken.
