Introduction
Every organisation are classified into different categories such as
public, private and voluntary.
Public sector are those sectors which are governed or controlled
by national, state or provincial and local governments.
In private sector, industries and business are operated by private
individuals.
In the end, there is voluntary sector are non profits and non
governmental organisations which work in the direction of
improving and enriching society.

Different types of organisation and their
legal structure
Public sector: This area consist of public services and enterprise
and provide services to people of country such as military, police,
infrastructure (public, roads, bridges, water supply, etc), public
transportation, education, health care, etc.

Private sector:- These sectors are mainly government by private
bodies and also referred as citizen sector. They are not
controlled by state and is run by companies to make profits.
They are mainly focus in earning money and establishing their
business in market. This sector contributes to annual income
of country to make their economy strong.

Voluntary sector:- These sectors are mainly NGO'S and charity
organisation and work towards welfare of society. They depend
on sponsors and funds for financial help given by external
parties. This sector is also considered a their sector.

Size and scope of various kind of firms
Public sector: It is governed by national, state and central government
bodies. They offer different services as mentioned above to the
people of country. They may overlap their business with private
sector in providing certain goods and services. This overlap can be
seen in health care sector, waste and water management, security
services and providing shelters to homeless people.

Private sector:- These involve business and start ups which are
done by any private body or individuals. They establish their
business in order to get maximum profits and make increase
their market share. They work hard so that they can achieve
their set business goals and objectives.

Voluntary sector:- This sector operates with the help of
sponsorships and donations given by external parties. They
basically provide service such as food, shelter, education,
finances, etc to needy and poor people. They organise
different events and campaign and provide information about
their services and brief them about advantages after getting
associated with that firm.

Conclusion
Different organisation operates in different sectors such as public,
private and voluntary sector. Public sector works in order to
provide services to people of country and is mainly controlled
by government at state, national and central level. Private
sector mainly operate to gain maximum profits and improve
economic condition of country. In the end, voluntary sector
operates on funds given by external parties and provide
services to needy people.
