There are various organizations that works to achieve their own objective.
Working pattern of each firm is different from others. These entities perform
their duties in such manner so that overall organizational goal can be
accomplished. Different firms and their growth in international business
environment are explained as below:

Each firm has different size, scope and mission. On the bases of these elements these entities perform in the market.
National Health services
NHS is the public limited firm that is governed by government. It has employees across the world around 1.5 million. All these workers
are devoted towards their work and work to improve life of individuals. They have skills and are able to offer quality care services to the
patients. NHS has contributed to the economy approx. 101708 in the year 2016
Voluntary organization
British red cross is the great example of voluntary organization. It has strong network in the many countries that help the entity
in finding the people with crises and it offers support to the. Recently company has 32500 volunteers those which are working in
different nations. They are devoted towards their work and are performing duties day and night.
Nisa retail firm (Private firm)
It is the private limited firm that works to earn more profit and retain customers in the organization for longer duration. Enhance
sales and profitability is the objective of entity. It is working as small size firm which is limited to London only. Expansion is another
main agenda of the organization. Company provides goods and services to the clients on the bases of their needs and requirements.

Vision of the NHS is to improve life expectancy rate of population and decrease
death rate in the country. Objective of cited firm is to improve health care
