Dear Sir/Madam
Hello,
The organization has a fleet of trucks, ships, planes which the company will use for delivering
mail and grocery items to Australia. So, as HR manager I will recruit more employees to be used
in this part of the business. This will help in making the delivery system much more efficient and
smooth.
Moreover the company is planning to expand their business in the pacific and Asian regions. The
HR department will work on the language training and development of the employees.
Employees going in the Asian and Pacific regions must be able to speak the languages properly.
In the present scenario the customers make phone calls to the company for getting the
services. The HR department must recruit more resources like more helpline centres along with
more number of employees.
The administration department follows up the entire paperwork and then answers the
customer queries. However, as a HR manager, I feel that the company must hire some trainers
who will help train the employees to speed up their customer query details.

The company’s decision for using the online service for all its operation in the coming
the years will be very useful. However they must try to make sure that some trainers and
specialists are being recruited for making the training easier.
As the company will be using the safety records as one of their advantages, they must
make sure that they are recruiting many safety management experts. They will help in gathering
and using all the safety measurements that the company has used earlier. This will help the
company to use the same in the coming years.
As the company is planning to move to Adelaide, it is wise to check the geographic conditions as
well. The company has to check if plenty of resources will be available there. There can a lack of
proper skilled workers. This is a very hectic job so there must be a large scale recruitment of
manpower. Apart from the human resource the company must also have a good amount of raw
materials and other financial resources as well.
As the company wants to focus on the long term relationship building the HR department must
carry on proper induction process so that the employees can be trained properly. This will help
the company during their business expansion in the Asian and Pacific regions.
I hope that the new five-year strategic plan turns out to be a great success for the company.
