Introduction
The business environment will include both external as well as internal factors which influence
the business organization growth and profitability. Currently, the report will discuss mainly the
different business organization types and international business environment growth. This will
explain different types of an organization along with their organizational structure, mission,
vision, objectives and background that is followed in business. Also, the report will discuss the
relationship among different functions of an organization and its links with organization
objectives and structure of the business. This will also consider that macro environment on how
to affect business operations and functioning, which impact on organization profitability and
growth. Lastly, the report will show the business organization strength and weakness and its
interrelationship with external factors.

Different types and purposes of organizations; public, private and voluntary sectors and legal
structures
The organization refers to such a place in which individual group are engaged in various
activities and perform the task in terms of achieving the objectives and aims of the business. The
organization is being classified into the different groups that are based on size, scope, and its
legal structure and the various business organizations will play a vital role in term of achieving
profitability and growth. The different types of organization are discussed as follows:
Private sector: This sector is regulated, control and owned by private people whose main
purpose is to earn the profits and benefits. They chose the service and products that have high
demand in a market in terms of achieving the profits. Also, they create high competition in a
market by providing different types of services or goods as well as also providing the discounts
offered, which helps in attracting the consumer (Salamon and Sokolowski, 2016).The main
example of this sector is Brakes Group, whose primary purpose is to gain maximum profits and
benefits.

Voluntary sector: This sector is developed mainly for economic as well as social issues and not
to earn profits is their main motive. Such sectors are focusing mainly on the social welfare,
health and education for the betterment of the community and improve in the country people
conditions. The country of the UK has defined such sector as third kinds of a business
organization rather than a private and public organization. Cancer research UK, is one of the big
example of this sector who provide the appropriate training and facilities to the patient who are
suffering from the cancer disease and also create awareness in them.

Public sector: It is owned fully by the government and is control and regulates by set regulations
and riles of the government. Such an organization is being formed with a purpose in terms of
serving as well as providing the various benefits to social welfare and community. The
organization in such sector chose the service and products that are in demand and helps in
improving the people living standard of the community. The main purpose is to maximize the
satisfaction, security and health safety of community people instead of earning profits
(Bouckaert et al., 2016). The main examples of this sector are Transport of London which is in
the UK whose main purpose is to ensure the security and safety of the individual as well as also
promote the transportation accessibility.

achieving the business aims effectively. However, this department contributes effectively to
