nervous, having much anxiety that whether we all would be work together as a team to
complete the assignment or not. But as soon as we proceed the project, I get confidence
that we will able to complete the task in effective manner. Further, proceeding with the
task, I get more fun and enjoyment, as we all able to know more about each and others
points of view, have better understanding and fun. All these has helped us keeping
motivating to put our best efforts so that the project can be accomplished in desired

Evaluation: It is the stage in which evaluation is done related to what has went good and
bad during the particular situation. Such as from the previous experience, I get to know
that I have good communication and interpersonal skills as I can easily share my point of
view, perspective to other individuals (El Miedany, 2019). I was the one who share my
feeling with other team member and thus motivates them to share their also so that more
effectively it can be completed. Interpersonal skills have lead in team bounding and
coordination of me with other team members.
But I have felt key challenges in taking decision or problem solving skills, as I was not able
to take quick decision that can be useful for the team as well as group itself. While working in
team, there are multiple challenges or issue that we have face, but we were not able to find
alternative options that could be used to solve the problem. At the same time, I have identified
that I have good information and communication skills that has helped me as well as my team
member to store, analysis and conclude necessary information. Thus, it can be summarized that
the above understanding has helped me in learning that in overall experience, there are few good
things and some were bad (Akhavan, Shahabipour. and Hosnavi, 2018). But we all together have
tried to complete the assigned project in limited time frame. So, all our team member has focus
on staying positive so that alternative solution can be find to resolve the problem successful for
achievement of end goals.
Analysis: This is stages of Gibbs reflective cycle in which individuals is able to make
sense pertaining to what has happened or things that can be learned from previous
experience. For example: I get to know that all of us are able to work in team because we
