Business environment of an organization includes all internal and external factors of
environment which have impact on operations and activities of company. It also includes all the
individuals and other entities who have interest in firm (Botha, Kourie and Snyman, 2014). The
current report is based on Tesco, it is an multinational British retailer. It is headquartered in
Welwyn Garden City, UK. This is world largest grocery and general business in retail industry.
This assignment specifies different types and purpose of organizations that are public, private
and voluntary. Furthermore, interrelationship of various functions and their link with structure is
stated. Besides this positive and negative impact of macro environment on operations of business
is defined. In addition to this, internal strengths and weaknesses of firm interrelationship with
