The purpose of this report is to identify the business environment and its impact on
performance of organisation. In relation to the current report, the beginning of the report is
consisting of detailed overview of the organisation. The middle is consisting of a literature
review on different topics which are related to views of different authors on some issues
within the business environment. in the end of this report there is detailed analysis of impact
of business environment internally and externally where the two Framework SWOT analysis
