environment that influence the business as in positive and negative factor (Achinas and et. al.,
2019). In this report it covers one of the external environment aspect tool Pestle Model It is the
strategic framework which is used to measure the external environment for scanning the
component strategies management. In other words, Pestle analysis utilise to assess when a
particular company desire to optimise their business into international country. By considering
the organisation from telecommunication Vodafone Group Plc, it is British multinational
telecommunication venture at operate from Berkshire, United Kingdom (Akhmetshin, and et. al.,
2017). It globally operates networks in 25 countries along with network partner in 47 further
countries.

communication in many countries under their political guidelines. Economical: It defines about the economical activities such as inflation rates, saving
rates, foreign exchange rates and recessions all these factor can influence and generates
the opportunities for investments that leads the organisation. As per the perspective of
Vodafone group, there is a challenge in United Kingdom economy as Brexit market,
which creates barriers for Britain's based companies for not to trade in European Region
or enforce to leave the European Union (Gaganis, Pasiouras and Voulgari, 2019). This
negative influence of Brexit can create downfall in sales of Vodafone company. The
value of pounds and Economic growth rates of UK are stable which allows a opportunity

consequences occurs in the time of increasing recession and inflation rates that could
diminishes the Vodafone's productivity. Social : As per the impact of society culture of a organisation in environment
perspective where a particular company commence to select and analysis their people
through demographic factor in terms of age, gender roles, religion, taste and preferences
etc. In the background of United Kingdom, the social culture are stable and having
different kind of preferences of people are engage to prefer the product (Shalhoub,
Marshall and Ippolito, 2017). The company Vodafone Group approach their customer in
skilled level of population who are constantly use mobile phones where the company
provide better network facilities in terms of internet and talk time packs. Technological: It is the factor which defines about the availability of resources for that
conducts the research and development on a country basis from behalf of particular
company . As in United kingdom over last five years many different types of industry has
been transforming rapidly through the impact of technology. One of telecommunication
company known Vodafone group has been assort and analyse different kind of generation
advanced resources like Artificial Intelligence in Wireless Communication network
facilities that attract the customer along with it provide positive impact of product
integration in competitive market. Environmental: The enhance of the environment standard having different traits of
market along with contrasting norms involves which create positive impact as
profitability of an organisation in the market. To contributing for the betterment of
society by not generating any negative influence which represents as non ethical. In
United Kingdom, the norms are entitled for society welfare development which
encourage the contribution by company perspective. Vodafone group consists their
product's vision clear as their objectives is not to endorse any kind of unethical aspect
