Answer 3
I would develop the business conduct code to build the ethics strongly in the business. In
the business I would like to conduct some workshop to make sure they could understand the
ethics properly (Bromley & Orchard 2016). There will be a proper dress code, fixed time
schedule, provide healthy atmosphere and rewards for maintaining the ethics.
Answer 4
Ethics basically detects the person’s behavior regarding any situation or the way of
treating the person. The ethics are two types one is personal ethics and the other is business
ethics. In the personal ethics it defines the morals and the influence which helps the person to
make the decision. The personal ethics is generally generated in the person when he is a child
and it exist till the death of that person. In this ethics it stated the honesty of the person or the
way he make the decision in his life (Taylor-Bianco et al.,2017). The professional ethics is the
kind of ethics which given him in the working field. The business ethics taught them to maintain
certain rules and regulations which should be mentioned in the business during the period of
work. The company rules are generally said that they should maintain the company policies,
maintain the dress code, work hours and they cannot disclose the company’s confidential matters
to the others. This two ethics are not similar because the personal ethics is used and followed by
the person in his own ways and the professional ethics which is mentioned by the company has
to be strictly followed by the person if he want to or not.
