growth and success in the competitive world, where competition level is high, because of
practices conducted by each organization. By following the term in appropriate ways, a leader
can become a ethical leader, who efforts and have capability to build corporate culture, where
candidates can work even better than last few months or weeks productively.
Ethical leadership management in the context of unethical organizational culture,
contribute in varied terms related to improvement. As it enables leaders and managers capable to
develop or create problem solving approach, through which they can create positive working
environment for everyone (Al Halbusi and et.al., 2021). It helps them to take right decision and
