value of business ethics in the long term will also be discussed critically.

would be required to perform and take decisions in regard to the ethical dilemmas as well as
injustice and controversial scenarios which take place in the workplace. These issues comprise of
various situations such as the manner in which the business is governed, the mannerism of stock
trading, managing the business role in consideration to which the social issues are required to be
governed accordingly (Trevino & Nelson, 2016). The field of business ethics is generally
considered to be very strong because it tends to cover a large number of issues and associated
topics. In association with this, it is very important to state that, that, it is critical for any business
to leverage on the business ethics so that they remain clean from a legal perspective (Ferrell,
Fraedrich & Ferrell, 2015). In association with this abiding by the business ethics is also useful
in remaining clean from a legal perspective and boosting public image as well. In consideration
with this, it is essential to note that, the modern idea of business ethics is relatively new, but it
was discussed earlier as well. In consideration to this, the government has now begun to legislate
more leading ideas into the field of law and hence, the businesses are not required to regulate
policies actively and ethically.

ethical aspects and criteria then in such a scenario, the employee productivity improves to a
greater extent (Shaw, 2016). When the employee productivity improves in the long run then in
such a scenario, it becomes integral that, employees will perform with a better focus and this
shall assist them in attaining the overall goals of the firm and also in the long run. The ethical
aspects also assist in engaging in adequate employee retention(Duska, Duska & Kury, 2018).
