Introduction
Business ethics can be defined as the study of different business practices and policies in
relation with debateable matters for a company like insider trading, corporate governance,
discrimination, bribery, fiduciary responsibilities and the most important one is corporate social
responsibility. Present report will be focusing on different articles in relation with business ethics

need to apply in every sectors. Supply chain is another important business operation that should
be operate very efficiently which assist in effective transfer goods and services. This article helps
to evaluate practices and strategies in supply chain that makes the process efficient.

It can be analysed from the given articles that normally large companies apply CSR in their
business structure but nowadays it is find out that SMEs also use CSR in order to achieve
sustainable growth. Due to sustainability they face many challenges and enjoy benefits. This
article is very helpful to shoe the application of CSR in SMEs with the application of right
approaches. These articles help in social enhancement within the firm, such as enhance the value
of firm, product quality, employee’s diversity and firm relationship with its employees. It shows
the impact of CSR in corporate governance. With the analysis of this article, it is identified that it
positively impacts on corporate governance. It is very important for the organisation if they feel

With the help of above mentioned report, it is summarised that there are ample number of
consequences that can be seen of various decisions considering different social responsibility
