people. As per the factor of hedonism, maximisation of the human pleasure is considered
important. Ethical Egoism, Act Utilitarianism and Rule Utilitarianism are the main aspects
that are considered in the processing of the business management. As per the ethical egoism,
the main concern is that proposing the functional process not the way one wants but the way
it should be provided as per the requirement. Ethical egoist factor is concerned with the
functionality of the of the moral agent s that will affect the benefit to harm. The factors that
affects ethical egoism is psychological egoism. This theme is considered to be an implausible
theory that helps in understanding of human behavior. According to the Utilitarianism,
encouraging the organization to perform utility and hence this will be impacting the course of
