Introduction
In this assignment, an analysis will be done over the different articles. The studies will be
done in order to know the organisational culture and communication in various types of
organisations. Answers of the question will be described on the bases of reading and
understanding the scenario inside the organisation which is specified in the article.
Answers of the questions related to mentioned articles
Answer (1): Overview of the Sustainability report of ANZ
Air New Zealand is a wide Company which connects many people throughout the World.
The Company is concern with the CSR activities. ANZ not only focuses on the financially
benefits for the Company bus also it is taking the steps for becoming environment friendly
(TE Harris, 2008). The Company also established online sustainability dashboard to track the
performance of Company in all the fields including CSR activities. Company is taking care of
the environmental concerns like carbon emission, reducing waste and plastics and other areas
(Mazzi, 2020).
ANZ is also working upon diversity inclusion. ANZ try to reduce the gap of gender
discrimination. It is trying to improve the leadership skills of the employees of the Company
as well as focussing on learning while working (TE Harris, 2008). Overall, the Company is
very concerned over the protection of society and environment (Mazzi, 2020).
Answer (2): Overview of the Guardian article related to petroleum producing
Companies
The major Companies who are producing fossil fuels are clearly responsible for a marked
level of carbon emission in the environment. It was noticed that these Companies
intentionally misguide the scientists and the government in order to curtail their harmful
activities by providing them millions of dollars as bribery. Some of the oil producing
Companies may even manipulate their activities related to excessive carbon emission. The
government and environmental authorities has to curb over the production of fossil fuels in
order to save the climate and earth (N Nguyen, 2020).

All the people of the Country should act as a responsible citizen of the country and should try
to stop those activities which are the major cause of damaging the environment. People
should be aware about the environment damaging activities of the oil and fossil fuel
producing Companies and should take the preliminary steps to control the climate catastrophe
and species extinction (N Nguyen, 2020).
Answer (3): Overview of the article named as ‘Organisational protection for whistle-
blowers: a cross national studies’
According to this article, every organisation should make regulation for protecting the
whistle-blowers of the Company so that the organisational corruption may be reduced. Many
of the employees know the misconduct done by the Companies but they do not report
because of the threat of losing their jobs (R Chordiya, 2019). That is why it is suggested that
the whistle-blowers should be protected by the Company and by the government for
mitigating the unethical conducts of the Companies (H Park, 2020).
There should be structural provisions; ethical leadership, legal awareness and ethical climate
are the major methods by which the whistle-blowers can be saved. An ethical climate should
be established inside the Company. All the employees should be aware about whistleblowing
protection Laws (R Chordiya, 2019). Ethical leadership and ethical management are the key
sources of establishing a fair and ethical environment inside the Companies (H Park, 2020).
