Why the code of ethics on Napier Environmental still needed in today’s fast paced industry
Code of ethics is the set of rules and regulations that must be followed by the all the employees
of the organization in order to ensure that that they are being able to behave with their employees
in a proper manner. This is a set f rules and also the policies that will be helping the organization
to maintain a sound culture in their organization by having with all their stakeholders in rational
manner. In other words it is expected that all the members or the employees of the Napier
Environmental will abide by these rules and policies irrespective of their ranks or their hierarchy
(Canestrino & Magliocca, 2018). It is to be noticed that even in this fast paced and rapidly
developing world, there is the need for sing these rules and regulations in order to make sure that
they are being able to carry on with their operations in a proper way and also ensure that they
can gain the trust of their stakeholders and also make sure that they are able to develop a proper
employee centric approach in their organization.
How will the update in this document are updated for the current business trends
Business trend
The business trend must be more on saving the natural and the natural resources. This is mainly
because of the reason that the organization actually deals with the natural resources. It is for this
reason that the code of ethics must have the provisions for saving the nature and the presses of
extraction of the different natural resources (Rahman & Wok, 2018). It is because of this reason

that they must ensure to update the code of ethics in such a way that they are able to develop a
very sound company culture in the organization and also make sure that the code of ethics is
being followed by all the stakeholders and not only the ones that are the direct employees of the
organization. In other words the code of ethics must be followed by all the different employees
like the groups or the partners who are in close association with the Napier Environmental
company. This will ensure that the company is being able to fight back with the different
environmental issue other impacts that are being created.
Communication technology
The other code that must be developed and also maintained is in the modern day scenario is the
correct usage of the internet. It is mainly because of the reason that there must be several rules
and regulations that must be made in the current scenario so that the internet usage is developed
in a proper way and also there is no such corruption developed

Cross cultural training must be developed so that there are no issues on the corporate level. This
is mainly because in the modern day scenario, there are many different employees coming from
