Code of ethics is the set of rules and regulations that must be followed by the all the employees
of the organization in order to ensure that that they are being able to behave with their employees
in a proper manner. This is a set f rules and also the policies that will be helping the organization
to maintain a sound culture in their organization by having with all their stakeholders in rational
manner. In other words it is expected that all the members or the employees of the Napier
Environmental will abide by these rules and policies irrespective of their ranks or their hierarchy
(Canestrino & Magliocca, 2018). It is to be noticed that even in this fast paced and rapidly
developing world, there is the need for sing these rules and regulations in order to make sure that
they are being able to carry on with their operations in a proper way and also ensure that they
can gain the trust of their stakeholders and also make sure that they are able to develop a proper
employee centric approach in their organization.

Business trend
The business trend must be more on saving the natural and the natural resources. This is mainly
because of the reason that the organization actually deals with the natural resources. It is for this
reason that the code of ethics must have the provisions for saving the nature and the presses of

company. This will ensure that the company is being able to fight back with the different
environmental issue other impacts that are being created.
