"Producing Toys: Child’s Play"
According to the facts the Thai couple they have involved their six children who are
working with them manufacturing shop. The grandmother of those children is also helping them
to looking after the food in adjacent room. The whole family is working together for their
business which helps them to make it with a good level of quality of the product. According to
the perspective of the ethical dilemma the couple is using their whole family for the benefits of
the business. They have provided the values and consequences according to the ethical dilemma.
Under this term it sets terms of moral values or maxims where the consequences are not
necessary to establish. According to my opinion here the facts must involve with the truths where
it may not represent the ethical dilemmas but help to modify the truths of the moral values or
maxims (Shapiro and Stefkovich 2016).
Therefore the moral obligations of the unfaithfulness are never be reliable with the facts.
Only true facts will be establishes with the moral values. Each and every person has their own
ethical dilemma. Therefore in the company when the Thai Couple is involving their six children
along with their parents for the betterment of the quality of the products. They are working
together in the company with their ability to working together where both of them are loyal to
each other while they are doing their work. As I have seen in many situation that the ability to
make the decisions and that will never harm the other persons according to the terms and
consequences of the ethical dilemma.

Though 5 to 14 years aged children are not supposed to work in any place because it will
define the child labor according to the legislate law of the country. It is completely illegal in
other hand of the terms of ethical dilemma (Shapiro and Stefkovich 2016).
Question 2
"Who cares who shares?"
According to the case facts, working under a company make responsibilities for all the
employees to complete their tasks as per the instruction of the employer. The company has given
a major responsibility which helps to promote the career and establishes a successful future.
However, due to the terms which I experienced that along with the professional life it is also
necessary to focus on the personal life also but it will never create conflicts between them.
The ethical dilemma helps to set the moral ethics in our life towards the personal
friendships and making scarifies for the greatest good for the life. The personal friendship arises
when the it become important to establish a situation where the relation must be grow between
the friends, relatives or any other close person. I have my own perception which I experienced
that it is important to establish a situation where the relation must be grow between the friends,
relatives or any other close person. Through the personal friendship a moral ethics has been set
and grow the personal friendship (Ferrell. and Fraedrich 2015).
According to the facts of the family and personal relation is important and as well as the
office career. The making scarifies for the greatest good establish another ethical dilemma where
it is necessary scarifies our own wishes for the good reason. For getting the best result sometimes
we scarify one opportunity to fulfill other necessity. Therefore according to my opinion the
making scarifies for the greatest good as being an employee we can adjust with our personal

friendship ethical dilemma for fulfill for the greatest good where we sacrifice one with for the
exchange of other necessity. Therefore it is also important there must not form any conflict
establish between the personal friendships and making scarifies for the greatest good for the life
while we are sacrificing for the best benefits. It is the duty of us that while we applying the
ethical dilemmas it should set the moral values for establishing the personal friendships and
making scarifies for the greatest good for the life.

"Off your face on Facebook"
According to the case study, when the product approval department has declared that they
want to hire a new team member for their assist the company with the clinical trials for make a
successful drug company. However a several findings the company has locate someone who can
be fit the position of candidate but later they found in a social media site that she is having
several bad habits like taking illegal drugs or clicking pictures of without the shirt which make
the company doubtful for the hiring her. Now according to my opinion this becomes an issue for
the company that whether the authority can able to hire her or not (Shapiro and Stefkovich
2016).
The ethical dilemma has contains of several elements where it helps to guide the morality
and deals with good opportunities for the human being or any organization. Now according to
the ethical dilemma of law and policy it is important to make the establishment where any
organization must follow their obligation of the ethical dilemma where the law and policy should
be establish. The legal obligation usually supersedes professional ethics. The agency policies
should not prevent the ethical practice of social work. It is the aim of the ethical dilemma it

According to the fact, as being the human recourse manager he duties has establishes for
the position that while they hiring employees they must looks for the best qualities in them which
will help the organization for the better opportunities. Now as I have experienced that it is also
important that the personal life of any person never be judged due to their social behavior but it
is also important that the social behavior is important while someone is getting their job or being
part of any organization or the company. Though a candidate has the enough quality to get the
appropriate position in the company but the social behavior also matters while in the
organization other people are important where they must establishes or grow a good employment
relationship between the other employers and employees (Ferrell. and Fraedrich 2015).

"Organic Food - what's an 'organic' label worth?"
According to the fact of the case, the Department of Agriculture has been predicted that
the organic foods which has been made are perfectly harmless but the other foodies who are
critics of the foods has made the acts where the foods may be poisonous for health. Now
according to the organic label conventional and genetically modified seeds are known to
occasionally mix with organic supplies but sometimes the testing make the insure that the
compliance according to the rarity.

already establishes that the decision making process has establishes two ways of description
where one will be against and another will be relatable. In this case fact the conflict has been
already occur between the Department of Agriculture and foodies who are critics of the foods. It
is establishes the terms of the Untrustworthy Knight: Incomplete Information. These dilemmas
are primarily questions of trust that force you to make a decision based on incomplete
information. As per the fact of the case the conflict has been occur due to the incomplete
information about the organic food that which the elements it contains and must be healthier for
the human body. According to my opinion the exception occurs when these dilemmas are a little
better if that ignorance is part of the challenge that can be overcome. Therefore the actual
organic foods should be tested under some particular process where it will help to find that
whether the foods are harmful or not (Ferrell. and Fraedrich 2015).

According to the case study, the fact is a controversy has been found due to the use of
cotton sourced from Uzbekistan by high street clothing brands and retailers. It sets out the
allegations of poor working conditions in the industry, most notably around child and forced
labor and traces the subsequent response by major companies. According to my opinion it offers

specifically in the context of complex global supply chains in the clothing industry.
According to the ethical dilemma it is necessary to establish the moral rights which must
not affect others. According to the ethical dilemma it establishes the decision making issues
between two possible moral imperatives or it will become unambiguously acceptable or
preferable. It will either establish the greater goods or lesser evil for the situation where it has
become relatively involve with the general dilemma of ethics and moral responsibilities. A
special type of moral, dilemma, perhaps metamoral arises when the question of cultural
relativism is confronted. As per my own reflection the practices that appear barbaric or immoral
to one culture may seem perfectly ordinary to another, and attempts to change them from outside
of the culture resisted (Shapiro and Stefkovich 2016).
