INTRODUCTION
Business ethics is termed as the study of several plan of action and activity of
management in respect to determine effective aspects like ethical philosophy, corporate
governance, inside trading, bribery and corporate social responsibility. Business ethics offers the
road map that are utilised by the management in respect to increase public support. It will
facilitate the management to deal with fair trade among consumers and various sector of market
associates (Berkey, 2017). The management consider in this report is Triodos Bank. It is an
ethical bank that are established in Netherlands in the year 1980, with following branches like
Belgium, Germany, France, United Kingdom and Spain. The following report are divided into
parts, part one is identifying ethical, ethical philosophy, role of senior management team to
maintain the business standard of management, role of employees to maintain the business
standard of management. And on the other side, part two is Gibbs reflection.

Gibbs Reflective Cycle
The term of the reflective practice that might be termed as the ability in the individual for
reflecting their activities to cover in the process of continual learning as effectively. In manner to
it, such procedure will cover the practical set of theories and belief that are accountable for
disclosing the regular term of actions of the person by measuring its exercises. It will lead to the
advancement that will linked with their own strength and weaknesses. Description – I have set of manner to evaluate the sections in the field of area in the team
that are separated following the fields as according to the person's strength (Bevan and
Carrascoso, 2017). When I tried to compound the fields that are discussed in the various
sectors and so I had to present the research and I ascertain it by maintaining the
organisation who will provide an appropriate training and the chances in each 7 months
to my staff faculty who is interested for further set of the study. I have also termed my

experienced that my presentation is getting increase by managing my strength and
maintaining several term of plan of actions and methods that are connected to it. Feelings – As I am definitely sure that the field on adequate terms with other individuals
to maintained their dealings and it will be managing to perform the work. Hence, I have
fewer term of encouragement to present the field as effectively and efficiently (Ciulla,
2017). As it is not an efficient sector to deal with various persons and employees as
because of their dealings that will not suit with each other and will develop issues as
effectively. Evaluation – The basic manner that are efficient and treated well as according to the fact
by which all sector members will develop high form of quality of work for the fixed set
of sections. I have got the chances to deal with employees as according to the key manner
of the organisation (Elm, 2019). If work will not clearly have implemented, then the
global plan of the team will get failed. Analysis – I have experienced several exercises as in previous and measure that what I
ascertain and when I am presenting it to enjoy the field in operations in the way that will
maintain my strength. Conclusion – It will term as the manner that are concluded from whole term and person
that are self- identified their strengths.
Action plan – As I am highly effective to maintain the plan of actions and methods with
present set of abilities that are effective to maintain the high set of working situation.
CONCLUSION
As per to the above mentioned report it has been concluded that, business ethics will play
an essential role in respect to conduct all managerial operations in an effective way. As there are
several sections in which stakeholder are present in the surroundings of the business that will
have an impact on the managerial actions that have particular orientation field for the business of
management. Normative and descriptive theories will support the management to know the
business ethics as effectively and efficiently. As there are various theories that will facilitate the
management to create an efficient dealing with the respective consumer and other sections as
effectively and efficiently.
