problematic aspects such as corporate governance, sexism, stock dealing, sexual harassment, and
corporate social responsibility is referred to as business ethics. Market ethics are the rules that
businesses follow in order to achieve societal recognition. It enables the organization to retain
consumer and market member interest in their respective businesses. The preferred scandal of
this article is Uber's retrial, which begins sexual harassment proceedings in Uber's retail division.
The first section of this article is a reflection, and the second part is a summary.

corporate ethics are critical for meeting a variety of human needs, such as prostitution.
CONCLUSION
According to the above discussion, it is evaluated that corporate ethics plays an important
role in ensuring that all business functions are carried out efficiently. There are a variety of
stakeholder considerations that arise in the organization's environment that influence corporate
practices and provide certain viewpoints for the organization. Both normative and descriptive
ideas aid an organization's understanding of business ethics. Corporate social responsibility, or
sustainability, enables a company to form meaningful relationships with its clients and other
stakeholders.
