Main aim of organizing a job fair is that it helps in providing an excellent opportunity to
the individual so that they can acknowledge their skills and proficiencies so that they can be
recruited by multinational companies. Therefore, it is essential for the organizations to organize
career fair to help students in deciding their career goals and objectives (Kerr, 2014). However,
for a high school pass student it becomes a tough decision to choose right path therefore,
academic counsellors are required to provide correct guidance in choosing right career path
which matches with individual skills and interest to achieve future goals. Thus, in this particular
study, a proper career fair has been organized for students to provide them with right direction
and path to achieve desired goals.

organizing career fair requires proper time scale so that set goals can be attained. Also, it helps in
delivering required opportunities for students to pursue their career path and meet needs of the
project. However, event planners are required to plan proper activities and also set agreed time
limit to meet the requirements of project. Further, main advantage of carrying out career path
helps high school students who often get confused in making crucial decision about their career
path. Therefore, event management team is required to plan the event activities and also set
