The analysis covers the BID Fund Program, The Australian’s Global Food Forum 2020, the Australian Industry Skills Partnership Program – Philippine, and the Melbourne Investor Strategy Day 2020. The project examines the purpose, target audience, marketing strategies, and overall significance of each event within the context of the Australian business landscape. It highlights the role of these events in driving economic growth, fostering international trade, and facilitating knowledge sharing. The project also addresses the importance of event organizers and attendees in ensuring the success of these events, emphasizing key elements such as a central theme, vision, and purpose. Introduction:
Business Events are considered as significant components in driving the national
economy contributing significantly to its trade and investments, innovation, varied job
creation and altogether helps in uplifting an economy (Page & Connell, 2014). However in
order to make any business successful it requires equal considerable efforts on the part of the
event organisers as well as on the part of the attendees. Any business event must incorporate
certain basic elements, which includes: A central message or theme to be delivered, a vision
to create and a purpose to achieve (Davidson, 2018)
Business events segments are now considered as a valuable addition to the tourism
business industry of every nation, especially in Australia. Therefore this research article will
specifically highlight four different business events which take place in Australia and focus in
an in-depth analysis of these events.

Discussion:
Tourism Australia, which is an Australian Government agency responsible to look
into the tourism business of the nation and attract sufficient amount of international visitors
has a specialized section which is primarily meant to look after the business events organised
in Australia. One of the primary programs organised by Tourism Australia in promoting the
culture of business event globally is BID Fund Program ("Our Organisation - Corporate -
Tourism Australia", 2020).
BID Fund Program:
This programme is specifically managed by the special unit of Tourism Australia
named Business Event Australia (Event, 2020). This event is primarily meant to increase the
conversion rate of new international business events for the country by offering financial
support right at the critical bidding stage. This program is specifically supported by the
Australian Government addressing the need to increase the rate of international events being
hosted on one’s own land which altogether will help boost the economy.
The primary reason for choosing this event among many others is that it particularly
aids in bringing home the global clients in arranging their events and gaining substantial
profit at both ends. Hence it can also be regarded as a backbone event for varied other
corporate events which take place in the city. The BFP basically supports the expenditure
pertaining to various goods and services within Australia to deliver confirmed and qualified
business events. However BFP is only assessable to the clients’ ones the client nation has
confirmed Australia to be their chosen destination and the fund distribution is regulated
according to the delivery of key performance metrics as been outlined in the specific BFP
contract. The BID Fund Program event is an ongoing venture organised by Tourism Australia

global clients about the events and its prospectus. The event organisers also communicate
their email marketing techniques to the prospective clients of other nations to inform them
regarding their varied funding offers and resource specification available
The next business event is The Australian’s Global Food Forum 2020 which is going
to be held in the month of October. Generally it is held in March every year however due to
the ongoing crisis of Covid-19 it has been rescheduled to October 14th ("The Australian's

This event has been a huge success for the past seven years and have attracted varied
diverse group of audience primarily comprising of food producers farmers, financers and
retailers and investors pertaining to the agribusiness industry, academicians, researchers, food
safety consultants, technology experts and the restaurant industry staffs ("Global Food Forum
2020 | The Australian", 2020). The event is basically organised by “The Australian” news
paper in partnership with Visy and is also supported by The Wall Street Journal mainly
aiming at helping the agribusiness industry of Australia set new agenda in their performance

discussion forum setting where the attendees can take part in the roundtable discussions led
