INTRODUCTION
International business refers as trade of goods, services, capital and technology which is
important to run a business and develop the organizational productivity. The meaning of
international business is exporting, foreign direct investment, franchising, and licencing which is
used to run the business in international country and increase the organizational performance
(Ferraro, 2021). The present research is based on UK retailer that sells Bicycles and Outdoor
pursuit clothing is expanding its business in to Latin America. The international business and its
related activities that are performing by an individual in order to attaining higher productivity.
This report will help to develop understanding that how a business can be expanding in other
countries

the needs of their customers and provide the products and services accordingly. A global
corporation is gaining the higher productivity and profitability in changing environment where it
operates the business activities and functions effectively. In other words, international business
denoting all business activities that take places beyond geographical limits of the country. This
involves international movement of goods and services that can help to develop the
organizational performance. As a research management there is need to conduct the environment
and market analysis as it helps to know what is running in the business environment and how to
develop the business activities. To grow and expanding business there is need to have good
relations between two and more than two countries that supports to reach the potential market
and develop the organizational performance in the environment. The UK retailer wants to expand
its business in Brazil country that is the part of Latin America and bring the changes in their
functions and activities (Cherunilam, 2020).
