Questionnaires design is explained as the document of research which comprises of various
series of questions which are made for a purpose (Beatty and et.al., 2019). That are collected
from the respondents and it is considered to be cheap and effective way to reach the way to
collect the information from the people. As per the given case the company is expanding its
branch into new region that is South. In UK the companies are to face the birth and death rates of
business. Along with it, it can be said that on the basis of data that London has the highest birth
and death rate that is 15.7 and 13.1% individually. The report will identify the ways by which the
learners will design the various practises in order to expose the questions and information with
the information in less time (Yari and et.al.,2022).

With the help of vital statics in the UK, it provides the information related to the range of topics
and there are various ways to collect the data. In relation to the given case, with the goal to
ensure that it do not fall into failed business category in London. And it has also decided to
collect some data relating to the various elements that is consumer’s income, average worker’s
wage level, consumer spending on the related items and many others (Toussaint and et.al.,2020).

2019. In addition, London has the highest birth rate that is14.0% and business death rate that is
12.1% globally. Additionally, the rates of business creation and death were highest in the
transport and storage sector, at 23.4 and 14.7 percent, respectively. By employment, there were
12,000 high-growth companies in the UK in 2020, down from 13,000 in 2019 (Scolari, Braviano
and Crasborn, 2021).

to make use of collecting data in almost all the industries in order to assist the people involved
into business. As it allows to cut the cost, bring innovations in the operations and from marketing
to customers. Additionally, it can also be said that data collection is the purposeful practise of
compiling information regarding a given subject. Making ensuring the data is accurate and was
created in an ethically and legally appropriate manner is crucial throughout the gathering phase.
If not, the analysis won't be precise and can have bad results.
