prosperity. These organisations are vital for the economy as they generate income and revenues.
There are various issues which are faced by these companies as they have less resources
available to expand and grow. It is important for them to identify the factors that might have
impact upon the effectiveness of organisation. This report is based on Hunter Adams which has
various problems that are hampering its growth. This project will assist in attaining a better
positioning market and ensure better profitability.
