Introduction
Globalisation refers to change performing business operations in more
than one country. In globalisation, there is coordination among
economies, market, industry, culture, etc. which helps to provide
product and services according to external market. In this context,
there is improvement in network of trade, communication, transport
facilities. Hence there is coordination among different political
parties which is relevant for maintaining good relations among
different countries

Research Objectives
 To understand the concept of business expansion at international level.
 To access the factors which influence in expanding business in UK and
Germany.
 To determine the relationship between profits and globalisation of
business.
 To recommend organisation for taking corrective actions which ease in
expansion of business and improving profits and revenues of organisation.

 What are the factors which helps in expanding business in UK
and Germany?
 What type of relationship between profits and globalisation of

 What are the recommendations to be taken as corrective

Data Analysis
Data analysis is the technique which is used to collect and organise
data from respondents on the basis of which interpretation and
conclusion is given. In this research, thematic approach is used. As
per this approach there is small brief about questions of
questionnaire, hence it is easy for reader to understand about
questions.

Conclusion
From the above discussion it is easy to enhance knowledge about
globalisation and impact on performance of organisational profits
and revenues. There is requirement of some changes such as
marketing techniques to attract large number of consumers. In this
research questionnaire is used as primary data and it is easy to
analyse and interpret data.

Recommendation
Managers must motivate employees to come with new and innovative
approaches which helps to get positive impact on business
operations.
Managers of Hotel Whitbread must hire expertise so they can perform
operations in effective and relevant manner. Managers must local
personnel, so knowledge about local trends and familiar relations
can be maintained by consumers of association.
