It is very important to deliver information properly and effectively while delivering a
presentation. To deliver a presentation appropriately, there will be a requirements of skills such
as verbal communication, leadership, persuading, adaptability and networking. The presence of
such skills assure that an individual is able to communicate the message across the audience and
people are ready to do as the person says (Van Emden and Becker, 2016).
Q2 Information client would like to hear while pitching for an investment.
The prospects like to hear that their intentions or objectives of either profit making or
social welfare is being fulfilled by this venture. Supporting presentations with powerful stories
supported by proofs, testimonials and market research will be helpful in turning prospects into
investors (Mitrovic and Mathews, 2017). The venture of undertaking by the business should be
able to solve existing problems in the market and is innovative.
Q3 Key point in delivering a group presentation.
Below mentioned are some of key points which are to be kept in mind while delivering a
group presentation.
1. It is essential that all the members are aware of the content of presentation and carries
appropriate information about the audience (Dolan, 2017). All the members must
consider wearing a professional attire at the time of delivering a presentation.
2. There should be a proper division of the presentation and each member must be aware of
their section in the presentation.
3. Every member must take responsibility of their section and must carry out research to be
aware of the all the related aspects.
4. Physical aspects such as calmness, hand gestures and appropriate facial expression will
make the presentation more appealing to audience.

I have decent communication skills which are helpful to me in communicating effectively.
Although there is a scope to improve more on such aspects. There is a lack of experience as I
have not given much presentations therefore there is a certain degree of nervousness and I tend to
break my sentences which seems poor. I have not been able to motivate people as I tend to

possess insufficient leadership and motivational skills. I have good research and time
management skills which help in preparing a good presentation.

2. The second crucial aspect which I can apply is practice more as through rehearsing I will
be able to find more errors in my work and simultaneously improve the same.
Videotaping self and learning to be remain calm during presentation can help being more
professionally sound (Tsang, 2018).
