INTRODUCTION
Business functions are the key part of the organisation performance which has to be done
effectively in order to achieve the business objectives and get success. So these functions are
divided into core functions and supporting functions (Yang, and et. al., 2019). In this report
different functions of the businesses is going to be assess such as the marketing, finance,
operations and human resource's. Along with this important and combine effects these functions
are going to be consider.
Different business functions
In context to the business organisation there are the various functions which has to be
done appropriately in order to get effective result's, various functions of business organisations
are given below.
Marketing function- This can be consider as the initial or second function of the
business. Because it involves the research of market in order to analyse the opportunities for
organisation growth and to evaluate the threats which can be mange by the organisation with in
the time (Koster, and Benda, 2020).
Finance function- This department of the business function is involving the management
and distribution of the financial support for the appropriate allocation of the resource's for other
business functions. Along with this it involves the management of profit and salary distribution
activities.
Operation or production function- This is the core function of organisation, as it
involves the development and production of the services and product's through which according
to the market analysis and strategies with mi the help of employees and resources.
Human resource's management function- This another most important function of the
organisation which involves the recruitment and training of the employees along with the
management of their satisfaction (Bhat, , and et. al., 2017).

As marketing function is use to study and analyse the market, so that is important for the
organisation in context to perform other functions effectively and achieve growth. This helps to

in organisation. And for this function appropriate distribution of the finance is require, which is
done by the financial functions Google is the organisation which effectively manage their
business functions and now it is the successful organisation with satisfied employees and higher
value. Marketing function helps the financial department to effectively plane for other
organisation function according to the changing environmental force's. Financial function of the
company is responsible for the allocation of all essential resource's along with the management
of profit. Operation and production function of the organisation is involving the management
and development of the customers required quality products which can be done by the aid of
workers, production resource's and information provided by the marketing functions, finance and
human resource's functions. Such as MacDonald successful organisation which effectively
manage their production function with in the aid of other business functions to satisfy their
customers. HRM is important because that is employees who's performance and productivity
helps to effectively develop products and services and satisfy customers. Google is best know for
effective HRM function (Hu, and Jiang, 2018).
CONCLUSION
From the above study it has been analysed that effective management and performance of
the business functions is necessary in order to achieve the selective goals with appropriate period
of time. Such business functions are the Marketing, Finance, Operation, Human resource's,
which collectively helps to achieve the competitive growth throughout the target market.
