The current poster is based upon the business function and how
they help a company to meet define roles. This helps to shed light upon
different business function and their interrelationship between each other.
In every business, there are some key departments who help the business to meet the
define aim. Also, a business function refers as a set of activities which is performed by
the department in order to generate best output such that HR department, Research and
development department, Operation management, Finance Department etc. Therefore,
these three key business functions helps them to meet define aim which are as mention:
Human Resource (HR): HR consider as a pillar of a business because
it evolving and strengthening the ethos of an organization. HR
department is also liable for enactment management, training and
development, enrollment and onboarding the morals of a business. With
the help of HR department, company get the best employees who assist
the business to meet define aim and objectives. They are also liable for
employee satisfaction and maintain employee relationship and develop
strategies in order to strengthen the employee-employer relationship.
This department is also responsible for performance improvement and
for that, HR Department provides training and development session
which help to analyse the actual performance of a company.
Managing information: It helps to become
more competitive in the market and also report
and identifies what is working and what not.
Through this, the company is able to recognize
