functions which is performed effectively and they all are coordinated with each other because
enhancing profitability of company as well as study about skills and techniques which essential
to learn for professional because helps in future perspective.

Organisation structure plan in that way so comfortably flow activities of company.
Business structure properly works in order to various kind of business functions perform
effectively in organisation. In context of Marks & Spencer, business function internally
connected and coordinate with other departments on that basis operations activity performed
effectively. There are different types of business function which are follows.
Marketing-: Marketing play vital role in order to achieved organisational goal and
objective of company. It department which collaborates to all other department of organisation
such as finance, human resources, production and customer service. Marketing manager of
marks and Spencer motivated employees to achieve sales target on specific time frame
(Asamoah, 2017).
Finance-: These department is a important pillar of organisation without that other
organisation activities cannot perform effectively. It considered as strong pillar because provides
financing facility to other departments. In relevance of organisation, top management handle a
finance activity due to making proper budget regarding total cost which incur in business

Customer service-: It department which establish in mostly companies because
