Strength: Being the one of the leading organization in the industry, Greggs come huge
number of strength which help in thriving in the market place. The organization comes up with

Reflection
The study of Block 1 was very much easy as I have learned about various things like
importance of business communication skills. I have learned about the effective ways of making
notes on case study and by making use of language clues. In this study, I face some issues
regarding the STEEPLE framework. In the beginning, I could not understand what it was, but
slowly, I learned a lot about this. The framework is merely used for studying business needed for
developing some analytical skills. It is used by various business organization in the way to
inform strategic planning. I had a good experience in using the tutor forum as it helped me to a
large extent in improving my knowledge.
I was satisfied with the support which I have received on tutor forum. The support has
helped me a lot in completing by assignment. I have learned new and quick’s for details analysis
and completing the assignment.
From this module, that is session 1 to 7, I have learned a lot of things. In the session 1, I
have learned about the importance of business communication. In addition, I was able to find my
business skills by using examples of both effective and less-effective solution. In the session 2, I
have learned about effective notes on case study that is by making use of clues. I have learned
about the ways of organizing information. I have learned about professional communications
which make use of different kind of channels in order to present message to wide number of
audiences. The choice of medium for communication completely depends on three key aspect
that is purpose, content and lastly audience. Some of the business skills which I have developed
in this module are financial management, marketing, leadership, project management, and
problem-solving. All the gathered skills can be used in the future.
